libxfce4ui-1-dev software package provides Development files for libxfce4ui - Gtk+2 variant, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxfce4ui-1-dev
libxfce4ui-1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxfce4ui-1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxfce4ui-1-dev *
You will get with libxfce4ui-1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
